Elderberry Herbal Tea

High in Vitamin A, C, antioxidants and flavonoids. Elderberries contain a large amount of calcium, iron, vitamin B6 and essential oils. Properties present treat arthritis, pain, chronic fatigue, hay fever, urinary tract infections and congestion of the upper respiratory system, and to shorten the duration of colds and flu, with a special affinity for children.

This herb should be used in conjunction with a nutritive diet and not take the place of a nutritive diet. Not recommended during pregnancy.
