Fennel Herbal Tea

Fennel seeds are a circulatory tonic with estrogenic effects. They are also diuretic, expectorant, antioxidant, carminative and anti-inflammatory. They relieve digestive issues and gas, improve the absorption of nutrients, used for sore throats and gum disorders, fight urinary tract infections, relieve chest congestion and flush toxins.

This herb should be used in conjunction with a nutritive diet and not take the place of a nutritive diet. Not recommended during pregnancy.
