Goldenrod Herbal Tea

Goldenrod is part of the daisy family and reported to have more antioxidants than green tea, Goldenrod is used to support and strengthen the circulatory and cardiovascular systems. Plant properties include treating bladder and urinary systems, nourish the kidneys, calm a runny nose and eyes, sore throats and to expel mucous from the lungs.

This herb should be used in conjunction with a nutritive diet and not take the place of a nutritive diet. Not recommended during pregnancy.
