Psyllium Husk Herbal Tea

Psyllium is a robust herb used to treat constipation, it increases the bulk in the stool to help cause movement in the intestines. Psyllium a laxative is also used with a proper diet to treat high cholesterol. It is important to drink lots of water with Psyllium. It aids in weight loss, lowers blood sugar levels, treats IBS and used to prevent colon cancer.

This herb should be used in conjunction with a nutritive diet and not take the place of a nutritive diet. Not recommended during pregnancy.
