Rosemary is antispasmodic, anti-fungal, antioxidant, anti-depressant and antiseptic. Its also an expectorant, decongestant, carminative, diuretic and both a circulatory and digestive tonic. Plant properties includes stimulating blood flow, improves memory and concentration, eases anxiety, tension and depression, enhances nutrient absorption, stimulates hair growth, resists infections, eases inflammation, improves breathing.

This herb should be used in conjunction with a nutritive diet and not take the place of a nutritive diet. Not recommended during pregnancy.
