Vervain Herbal Tea

Vervain aerials have been used traditionally for countless conditions, including stimulation of lactation and treatment of dysmenorrhea, kidney stones, jaundice, anxiety, gout, headache, depression, and insomnia. Vervain is an astringent, a bitter digestive tonic and a diuretic.

This herb should be used in conjunction with a nutritive diet and not take the place of a nutritive diet. Not recommended during pregnancy.
